More than a house, this is our home that we decided to share with you. We have gathered here all our memories of traveling around the world, which are all over the house. A place of peace, where you will have the most beautiful view of Pernambuco, looking at the Coroa do Avião and the Fort of Itamaracá. Certainly, a place where you can recharge your batteries, get in touch with Nature and completely redo yourself. And if you need to, you can work from home in our office. The space What makes our space unique is the beautiful view and the exuberance of Nature. The house is comfortable and pleasant, with everything you need for a good stay, including sheets and towels. With a large living room, terrace, full kitchen fully integrated with the dining room, with three suites, free Wi-Fi and a home office with structure for you to work in this paradise. We offer: - towels - bed linens - pillows - toilet paper -mineral water - cleaning supplies - outdoor shower in the garden - basic kitchen items We have SKY cable TV with over 130 channels. The three suites have showers with hot water and air-conditioning. We only ask for ecological awareness for unnecessary expenses. There is a parking space in the garage and a place to park at will, free of charge. Strangers who are not on the list of names with ID cards cannot enter and stay in the residence, nor can the capacity allowed in the residence be exceeded Parties are not allowed. Guest access While you are in the house, you can enjoy the entire space as well as the condominium pool. Situated in a rural area, within a secure condominium, you will feel at peace with yourself. You can use the garage for free. Other things to note You have a power quota to be used, it is 15kW per day. If this quota is exceeded, you will pay R$1.20 cents per kW (kilowatts) exceeded. We'll check upon arrival and departure.
