The backyard’s crown jewel is the immaculate pebble-finish pool, sparkling under the California sun with stunning mountain views. Enjoy a refreshing swim, unwind in the spa, or warm up by the firepit after a sauna session. Surrounded by lush landscaping and fruit trees, it’s your own private resort with incredible mountain views! Square Footage: ~3,600 sq ft of indoor living space. Outdoor recreational smoking is ok. :) Guest access The owner lives on-site in the lower level unit with her wonderful family and will be there to welcome you and provide access. The property is spacious, so you’ll have plenty of room to enjoy yourself. No parties, no loud noises after certain hours! Have fun, relax, and make the most of everything the home has to offer. You’ll rarely see the owner, as they stay on the other level of the property. You will hardly see the owner. Pool and Jacuzzi are shared with the family during the hours of operation from 9am to 9pm. If you would like private pool hours please message us so we can coordinate with the family. Side note: Do not unplug WiFi from the main house. That will be automatic removal and termination of your stay. Other things to note The sauna is available for an additional fee. Please inform the host in advance if you are interested in using it.
