With a spacious executive table that comfortably seats up to nine, you’ll have plenty of space for video conferences, meetings, or focused work sessions, all supported by a quiet and comfortable environment. Parking: Guests can enjoy free parking, either in a designated car space or on the street across the road. The neighbourhood is very safe, families have lived here for generations, and the community feels like one big family that looks out for one another. For added peace of mind, we have two exterior security cameras (one at the front and one at the back), installed to meet our insurance requirements. Guest access Shared Mobile Phone Service. For your convenience, the house offers a shared mobile phone with a local SIM card. Guests can use it at home to make local calls (Uber, restaurants, etc.) and send local SMS during their stay. We will provide you with your own set of keys to use during your stay, it is not transferable to anyone who was not booked on Airbnb. The keys must be returned on the day you check out. The well-appointed kitchen is ideal for the family to explore Cuban cuisine. On request: Organic Cuban Breakfast/Brunch: For an authentic start to your day, enjoy a daily organic Cuban breakfast/brunch featuring toast, butter, homemade jam, seasonal organic fruit, tea, milk, organic 100% Cuban coffee, organic fresh juice, and eggs or crepes instead of eggs. The breakfast is available for ten dollars per person, payable the day before check-out. On the third day of your stay, the house staff will refresh the bed sheets and towels and clean, ensuring you continue to enjoy clean, crisp linens and soft towels throughout your visit. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, but I’m flexible, so please don’t feel rushed; you’re on holiday. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you need an additional 30 minutes, that’s perfectly fine. Your comfort and experience are important to us. We’ll take care of your luggage so you can start enjoying your stay right away. If you would like to request a “cleaning service” every day, that’s absolutely fine. It is already included in the price, so the choice is entirely up to you. The host will welcome you upon your arrival and provide you with information on the best places to visit in the area. On the check-in day. If future guests have a partner or family living in Cuba, they must present their ID upon arrival. There is a small charge of ten dollars for Wi- Fi access for six gb. You can pay upon check-in. If you require extra data, please let me know. The payment is before check-out. Each room has a safe. If the key is lost, the full cost of the safe will be charged, as the unique key cannot be replaced. There is a festival in September, Havana Theatre, a Ballet Festival from October 19 to 27, and a Marabana Marathon on November 19. Havana Jazz Festival is from January 25 to February 1st.
