Cozy group gîte composed of 3 independent accommodation units in the same house, each with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and kitchen open to the living room. Perfect for getting together with family or friends while maintaining privacy. One of the accommodations can accommodate everyone for meals. Garden and pool are fully privatized to make the most of your stay. The space Each accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and one bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, a sofa bed or BZ is also available in the living room, a folding extra bed for a young child and an umbrella bed can also be made available to you. In each accommodation you will also have a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with shower and sink and a toilet. The outdoor space, which is normally shared between our 3 cottages, will be fully privatized for you if you rent our group accommodation. You can meet for meals either in one of the cottages or in the garden in the summer. The pool is open from June to September. Pets are allowed in our cottages with a maximum of two dogs per cottage depending on their size and weight. It is possible to add as an option: - Bed linen €10 per double bed and €5 per single bed - Towels €5 per person - End-of-stay cleaning €50 per accommodation or €150 for the 3 accommodations. If you add options, you'll be asked for an additional payment through Airbnb. Expenses included: – Water and gas are included. Expenses not included: – A provision for electricity consumption is included in the amount of your stay, up to €30 per night. An electrical meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure. If the actual consumption is less than the amount of the provision, the difference will be refunded to you.
