This stylish property is perfect for families, couples and pets. The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland and Schwabenpark are also not far away! There are two bedrooms, one with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and the other with a 140 x 200 box spring bed. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included! The space All rooms are heated with underfloor heating. The rooms are always supplied with fresh air and an even temperature by a ventilation system. There is no balcony, but there is an outdoor area for sitting and eating!
