The Lakehouse

Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living yet close to the beaches (45 minutes) and nearby cities. Crestview is a short 10 minute drive. We take pride in maintaining a very clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Whether you are visiting for work or pleasure, the lake home can be your home away from home. The space 3 bedroom, 2 full bath remodeled mobile home with all the comforts of home. The back yard is very spacious with lots of room for the kids to play or just enjoy quiet evenings on the back deck grilling dinner and enjoying the breeze off the water. The property is located at the end of a half mile country dirt road and the only neighbors in sight would be us and we will give you your privacy. It is important to note that we do have two dogs and some chickens that roam. They are all friendly. We do understand that some people may be allergic or have a fear of dogs/chickens, so it is no problem at all for us to keep them in our yard for the duration of your stay. Please just message me to let me know your preference. Guest access You will have private access to the whole home and the back/front yard. Feel free to hang out on the dock as well. The lake is not good for swimming, but bring your poles and you are welcome to do some fishing. There are bream and bass. We just ask that you catch and release. And watch out for catching a turtle. They are too plentiful. Lol. Please note that it is possible to come across snakes depending on time of year. There is a tree house and swings for the kids. Please use at your own risk. Other things to note There are two Roku tvs on site. In addition to the free Roku channels, you can use the Netflix and Amazon Prime channels. Early check in requests are possible but please note there is an additional $20 fee and it is based on availability.
