Downstairs, the living areas flow seamlessly with the spacious and contemporary combined kitchen, dining and living area benefiting from underfloor heating throughout, perfect for year-round comfort. There is also a generous bedroom on the ground floor and large family bathroom. The living room centres around a modern log fire with plenty of comfortable seating perfect for cosying up on cooler evenings. This open plan space continues into the striking navy blue kitchen with a central island, creating a luxurious space to cook and socialise. The adjoining dining area opens up through large bi-fold doors to the private southeast-facing terrace bringing the outside in on warm summer days. Outside, the private southeast facing terrace is furnished with a large wicker corner sofa, perfect for sunny afternoons. The direct access to the utility room and additional wet room-style shower, is great for washing off sandy toes after a long day at the beach. Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a master suite with its own en suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms share a large family bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space. Kelp is equipped with an Amazon Speaker, two Smart T.V.s, full fibre broadband and a selection of family games so you can stay entertained. There is also an electric car charging point. Highcliffe is within walking distance of several beaches and shops, which can be easily reached by foot, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. Guests will also receive complimentary access to the two tennis courts and gym. There are daily Yoga and Pilates classes which can be booked via our website. Other things to note As a guest of Highcliffe, you will receive complimentary access to our state of the art gym, tennis courts and yoga + pilates studio. Dogs are welcome - there is a £25 charge per dog, per week which is payable upon arrival at Reception.
