We added fishing poles for our private fishing pier on property as well . A few minutes over the bridge and you've arrived on Hutchinson island beaches . Enjoy our bikes and take a walk to Jensen beach town and enjoy the restaurants of downtown Stewart. The space Brand new beach themed 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom home with full kitchen, side by side refrigerator, electric range + hood, dishwasher, wine refrigerator and washer/dryer. Cozy living room, dining room table with 4 chairs, lots of counter space with coffee bar, microwave and toaster. Pots, pans, dishes, glassware, cutlery, fresh linens, towels and lots of extras. Fabulous patio with deck chairs to enjoy the sunrise or the nightly breeze. Storage room equipped with beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, his/her bikes and fishing poles & tackle boxes. New BBQ on the 1st floor deck for all that fish that you catch! Super clean and maintained community with a clubhouse, fitness center & pool. Guest access There is a lockbox to access the home and a fob for the clubhouse, heated pool, & fitness center. The whole house is yours for the time you are here! There is a shed in the driveway area (1st floor) that houses the BBQ, bikes, beach equipment. Other things to note No Smoking or Vaping inside. No Kids under 18. No Pets.
