With a beautiful view (sunset) and birds singing, chickens clucking and the sound of the neighborhood oxen. We leave the basics for a good breakfast in the kitchen: coffee powder, milk, sugar, sweetener, fruits, butter, jam and bread made by my sister Harumi. As it is fully equipped, you can make small meals, but please use, wash and store. The space My space is far away and at the same time close to the city center. Less than a 5-minute drive and a 10-minute walk. It is located on the top floor of my work studio, so to access it there are 16 steps, there is a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom and a small service area. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. It is the ideal place for those who want peace, as there is no TV, but there is Wi-Fi to connect if necessary. The Wi-Fi will be disconnected when it rains heavily with thunder. Guest access Arrive via SP 171 (Guará/Cunha), entering on the right at Km 47 at the access to the Mantiqueira neighborhood, and again on the right on the 2nd cross street (land). My house is the second on the right. The gate is closed, but not locked. Open, enter and close again. There is space to park your car. The place is for the exclusive use of the guests. Feel free to take a stroll through the yard. Other things to note As it is upstairs from the work studio, there is a flight of 16 stairs. Please note this detail before you book. Toilet paper, liquid soap for the sink and shower will be provided. We also provide bed linen (sheets, blankets, comforter) and bath linen (medium-sized, simple towels) The pillows are of the firm type. If you prefer, bring your "pets" lol. If you bring your pet, when you walk around the yard, use a leash because we have free-range guinea fowls in the yard.
