A Jack & Jill suite offers two bedrooms connected by a shared en-suite bath, ideal for families or guests. A stylish powder room is conveniently located off the hallway near the mudroom/laundry area and the attached three-car garage. On site parking can accommodate up to 6-cars with 3-inside garage and 3-on the garage apron. However, for easier maneuvering of vehicles, recommend limiting it to 5. Also please note that there is no street parking. At the heart of the home, you'll find an impressive great room with soaring ceilings and a gourmet kitchen equipped with an oversized, quartz-covered center island, perfect for casual dining or entertaining. The eat-in kitchen offers seamless access to two backyard patios, while the adjacent family room provides generous, comfortable seating for relaxed socializing or cozy nights in front of the 75” wall-mounted TV, which is viewable from kitchen as well. The dining terrace offers a large dining table and chairs (seats 14), as well as a grand 6-burner grill (propane tank and grilling utensils are provided). Upstairs, the second level offers a spacious recreation room complete with a full-sized pool table and accessories for indoor fun and friendly competition. Recreation room also features a wall-mounted 65” TV. On this second-level, you’ll also find two additional luxurious primary suites, each with their own private en-suite bathroom —perfect for extended family & guests seeking privacy and comfort. In total, the home is a perfect blend of luxury, space, and design functionality—ideal for creating unforgettable moments with family and friends. All 5-bedrooms are en-suite (w/bath).  Linens and towels are provided for all bedrooms and bathrooms for your convenience (with the exception of crib sheets, which you should provide/bring with you). Also, residential towels are not intended for beach use; please bring your own beach towels. Guest access The entire home is booked per stay, both levels, all rooms, 3-covered outdoor concrete terraces with ceiling fans, barbecue grill, and yard (not fenced). Also included with the booking is full use of the 3-car garage (attached) with additional space for up to 3 more cars on the cement garage apron/driveway (uncovered); for a recommended maximum accommodation of 6 cars on the property. However, for easier maneuvering, recommend limiting it to 5-cars total. Also, note that there is no street parking. The entire home is wi-fi enabled, with good signal coverage throughout. Other things to note Enjoy full access to the entire home, including an attached 3-car garage, three private terraces, and beautifully maintained yard space—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. On-site parking can accommodate up to 6-cars. Although limiting it to 5 is recommended for easier maneuverability. Note: there is no street parking at the residence. Located just under 2 miles from Bethany Beach, you’ll have quick, direct access to the sand, surf, shops, dining, boardwalk, and bandstand. You will find beach chairs (16), boogie boards (2), a wheeled beach-cart, and various sand-toys in the garage for your use. There are also a couple of beach-cruiser style bicycles for your use. Please use bike helmets and reflective vests, and bike locks (also provided). Bikes are sized for riders 5’2 to 5’10. Please note that although it’s a beach-town, these are fairly busy roads during the in-season, and bike-lanes (where provided) are somewhat narrow (in my opinion) and not recommended for children; and, please use caution/beware of distracted beach-vacation drivers, if riding. Appreciated for the these provided/included recreational items to the designated areas in the garage where found. Public beach-parking is metered, via mobile parking apps (or card-reader stands w/printed passes) during the in-season 15May to 15Sep (off-season is free). Townofbethanybeach web-site provides designated beach-parking (lots&streets) areas and rules. The site also offers (for purchase) prepaid digital daily and weekly beach parking passes (as available, non-transferable/ linked per license plate). For golf lovers, the renowned ‘Bear Trap Dunes’ - one of Delaware’s premier public golf courses—is just half a mile away. The course and its top-rated restaurant are open to the public, offering exceptional golf and dining experiences (fees and costs not included with the Airbnb rental). The award winning ‘Salted Vines’ Vinyard & Winery is 3-miles away. Now featuring ‘Signature Wine’ tastings in the tasting room every day of the week. Call-ahead for parties of 10 or more. Salted Vines also features live music on ‘Groov’n Friday’s’ and ‘Strummin’ Sundays’, and more. Tickets may be required for some music events (and are not included with the AirBnB rental). Be sure to check-out their web site for event details. Bed linens and residential bathroom towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and handwash, & TP and paper towels are included, as well as laundry facilities and Tide-pods, and dishwasher pods; so you can pack light and settle in stress-free. Exceptions: residential bathroom towels are not for beach-use; please bring your own beach towels. Also, please bring your own crib sheets; crib sheets are not provided.
