We offer you a 2024 new and comfortably furnished apartment in the beautiful Baltic seaside resort of Warnemünde, right next to the spa park and only minutes away from the Baltic beach. On the second floor The space Located in a quiet residential area, the approximately 60-square-meter, 2-room Fortuna apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV, a very nice shower room with a hairdryer, a lovely large balcony, a fitted kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, and high-quality vinyl flooring. The apartment is designed for 2 to 4 people. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee (coin machine) in the basement. 1 car parking space is available free of charge at the house. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. The initial equipment of the apartment includes a laundry package per person, (included in the invoice end price: Beds. ,hand,dish, showertemplate). Please note: construction work is taking place on the neighboring property. There may be disturbances and noise. We apologize for this. Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, shopping market, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade etc - all around the corner.
