Bedroom 1 queen bed, TV, dresser, closet. Bathroom Living room day bed with trundle bed ( 2 twins ), TV with expanded cable, WiFi. Full kitchen, stove, fridge, ice maker, pantry, dishes, cookware, gathering table with stools. Balcony with table, chairs, views of beach and pools. Linens, bath and beach towels provided. Guest access Private gated residential club offers three pools, boardwalk to North Beach, Tennis Courts, pond, grilling picnic area, private parking. Other things to note Guest must agree and sign rental agreement online No Smoking at any property including garages, balconies, decks, carports, pools, etc. Minimum age requirement - under 25 must request approval to reserve property. No Pets Allowed, No ESA allowed, ADA Service dogs always welcome. *Only one parking space per condo is available March to October, additional paid parking is available on the island. *Golf Carts are not permitted on property per Homeowner's Association. *Laundry facility at end of each hallway, takes quarters.
