The space This charming country home offers tranquility, ample indoor and outdoor spaces, and an ideal location for exploring the Val Trebbia. The view opens onto the Pietra Parcellara and Bobbio, elected the most beautiful village in Italy in 2019. Perfect for relaxing outdoors, reading a book on the hammock, or going on excursions in the surroundings. The farmhouse is located in Moglia, a small oasis of peace about 5 km from Bobbio, along the path that leads to the natural waterfalls of the Carlone stream and from where the itinerary to the charming village of Brugnello starts. The area is ideal for walks in the woods, hiking, canoeing, kayaking and cycling. Extra: For our guests there is a discount for lunch or dinner at the nearby agritourism "Acqua dolce e salata", where you can enjoy typical dishes of Piacenza cuisine. The large and independent farmhouse offers rooms with attention to detail: - large open-plan living room with masonry fireplace, rich library, TV and board games; - dedicated workspace; - fully equipped masonry kitchen; - two bright and comfortable bedrooms: a triple room with a queen-size bed + a single bed, and a double room with two single beds; - two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a large shower with a seat; - dry dry area Outdoor spaces: - Well-kept garden with flowers and fruit plants: - porch for outdoor lunches and dinners; - ping pong table and sun loungers; - large equipped panoramic terrace; - private parking. What to see in Bobbio: The famous Ponte Gobbo, the Malaspina dal Verme castle, the Abbey of San Colombano, the Cathedral and the various museums for those who love history and art. What to do: In summer, you can reach the beaches of the Trebbia River with crystal clear waters, just a few minutes away, for regenerating baths or canoeing and kayaking. In winter, the "Passo Penice" ski resort is active, a ten-minute drive from Bobbio. The village offers many events throughout the year: Castello in Fiore, the FilmFestival of the director Marco Bellocchio, the Week of Literature, Ireland in music, classical music concerts, the Palio delle Contrade and countless village festivals. In December: Christmas markets, Santa Claus parade, "Nativity scenes in the Contrade" exhibition-competition, snail and croccantata festival. The area is also popular with motorcyclists and cyclists for the scenic routes of the Alta Val Trebbia.
