Welcome to the Chaton Bleu, our charming country house, ideally located in the heart of Béarn between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean. Here nature is queen: the house is nestled in a vast wooded park, a true haven of peace where time is suspended. Enjoy every moment, whether it's an alfresco meal, a nap in the shade of a mimosa tree, or a refreshing dip in the private pool surrounded by greenery. The space THE HOUSE: capacity for 9 people On the ground floor: • 1 family room with 1 double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds (80 cm x 190 cm) • Bright living room with dining area, sofa, TV • Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, toaster, etc. • Separate bathroom + toilet • Veranda with dining area and sofa area to enjoy the view of the garden and pool Upstairs: • 1 double bedroom (140 cm) with adjoining bathroom, • 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) with 1 single bed (90 cm) • Wi-Fi connection • Towels and bed linen are provided • Washing machine, hair dryer, iron available OUTSIDE • Private pool, with deckchairs and parasols • Large wooded park, ideal for relaxing or playing outdoors • Shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue • Private parking, 2 spaces • Total calm, not overlooked Halfway between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean, the Chaton Bleu is an ideal base from which to explore the region: • Picturesque villages of Béarn, local markets, hiking trails • Proximity to the Pyrenees, the Basque Country, the vineyards of Jurançon and the Landes coast • Nature activities: walks, swimming in the river, canoeing, horseback riding... Only 500 meters away, an animal park, the Aurit fishery, will delight young and old with its pony rides, a private lake for fishing, its animals to discover and walking trails along the Luy de Béarn. Other things to note Please note A cat named Téquila lives on the property. She is very discreet, independent and always stays outside. She can come say hello to you in the garden and ask for a few strokes, but she doesn't have access to the inside of the house. Please do not feed her.
