Only 25 minutes by car to Munich an 45 minutes to Munich Trade Fair Center. Upstairs: three cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms – one with shower and WC, one with bathtub. Ground floor: open living, dining, and kitchen area ideal for relaxing and cooking. Enjoy the large sun terrace with garden view and comfortable seating. There is a washing machine and a dryer available in the basement. Perfect for families, friends, groups, and business travelers – spacious, child-friendly, and great for multi-generational stays. Guest access Self-Check-In: You will receive the key code after successfully completing the online check-in. Please check your messages. You have the entire house to yourself - including terrace, garden area and private parking space right outside the door. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. The house is located in a quiet residential area right next to the forest - perfect for walks, jogging or simply switching off.
