Shared access is provided to all common areas, including the swimming pool, outdoor pergola and kitchen, entertainment lounge, garden paths, kayak station, and outdoor play areas (trampoline, volleyball, and beach soccer). The gatehouse kitchen is also available for guest use. The main house is strictly private and not accessible to guests.
