Nutmeg Cottage is a charming period property close to Sandringham with a lovely garden and driveway parking for two cars. With a cosy sitting room with TV and Wifi, dining room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms – one with a king size bed, the second with two singles – there’s plenty of space for up to four guests. Nutmeg Cottage is ideal for families, complete with outdoor dining space, football net and board games and a great base for exploring beautiful West Norfolk. Pets are welcome! The space Nutmeg Cottage is a traditional Norfolk brick and flint property in the lovely village of East Rudham with its village green and pub and lies within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It’s refurbished in charming country style and airy and bright throughout, making for an uplifting stay. The cosy living room has a ceiling beam and an oak fireplace with a wood burning stove, TV and Wifi. It leads into the spacious beamed dining room which also has a fireplace and woodburning stove. The Shaker style kitchen overlooks the garden and is well-equipped with a butler sink, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob, kettle and toaster. The utility room houses a washing machine and dryer and there’s an iron. Next door there’s a stylish shower room with sink and WC. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a window seat and the second bedroom has two single beds. The chic upstairs bathroom has a bath with a shower and a towel radiator. There’s a box-hedged front garden and a stunning back garden, which is fully enclosed (the gates even have mesh to keep smaller dogs from escaping)! The patio garden with limestone paving, planters and a table and chairs is ideal for drinks and relaxing al fresco dining. Steps lead down to a wide lawn bounded by hedges and trees.
