The code is only valid for the planned duration of your stay. "Booking implies prior reading and acceptance of all the terms of the listing." The information, special conditions and rules stated in the listing and in the Airbnb House Rules at the time of booking apply to the stay. Please respect the number of guests declared, the check-in and check-out times, the instructions for using the spa and the amenities, as well as the tranquility of the residence. Any change in the number or identity of the occupants must be reported and accepted before check-in. ✅ Check-in before arrival To prepare for your stay and secure access to the accommodation, the check-in file must be completed no later than 48 hours before check-in. For a last-minute booking, it must be completed as soon as possible after confirmation. It includes in particular: - The IDs required for registration; - Confirmation of the security deposit. 🔐 Security deposit A secure pre-authorization of €490 is required before check-in. The amount is not collected. As the Eden Spa® Suite is rented on a daily basis, this deposit allows us to preserve the space and its amenities and to ensure that you have a stay without any unpleasant surprises at each check-in. After the stay, the hold will be released if there is no damage, no missing items, and no outstanding balance. Serenity Option – €30: The security deposit is reduced to €240 instead of €490. 🏡 Respect for the accommodation and the neighborhood The Eden Spa® Suite is located in a quiet residence. The property, hot tub, patio, bar area and amenities are only for guests registered in the booking, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Parties, unauthorized gatherings and noise nuisances are not allowed. In the event of a serious breach of the rules of the stay, the measures provided for by Airbnb and the terms and conditions applicable to the reservation may be implemented, up to and including the termination of the stay when justified. 💧 Enjoy the spa in the best possible way The spa is 100% private and for registered guests only. In order to preserve the quality of the water and the amenities, please: - Shower before use; - Do not add soap, oil, foam, bath salts or any other product to the water; - Do not handle the filtration system or technical equipment; - Follow the guidelines regarding the hot tub cover and dehumidification; - Do not use glassware in the immediate vicinity of the hot tub. 🍸 A bar area is available in the accommodation. For your safety, glasses must be kept away from the hot tub. Children remain under the constant supervision of an adult. 🧹 End-of-stay cleaning included The end-of-stay cleaning is included with your booking and is done by our team. We just ask you before you leave to: - Clean dishes; - Put the used linens in the designated place; - Place the garbage in the designated areas; - Leave the kitchen, bathroom, accommodation and patio as they normally are. Our team then takes care of thoroughly cleaning and preparing the unit for the next guests. Exceptional cleaning made necessary by abnormal use of the home is not part of the regular cleaning included and may be subject to additional charges. 🔎 Upon your arrival The Eden Spa® suite is inspected, maintained and prepared before each stay. If you notice any issues, damage, malfunctions, or missing items, please let us know within 20 minutes of settling in, along with a photo if it is visible. This allows us to intervene quickly and avoid any ambiguity.
