Studio mezzanine

The Laïka studio for 2 people (4 if small children or for one night!) has a double bed in the mezzanine under a ramp and a sofa bed. Equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave), shower room with towel dryer. Baby highchair, toys. Wood-burning stove to be refueled. Netflix. Accommodation with small outdoor area: parking space, table, barbecue and inflatable spa (optional - 30 euros the 1st night/then 20/and decreasing if long stay). The space Note: we are mushers and have a large group of sled dogs (30 dogs), the studio is an extension of our house (independent entrance and key box to enter). You are not in contact with the dogs and do not see them, rest assured. But you will hear them when we take care of them (during feeding in particular). Otherwise they are relatively calm and sleep like us at night (most of the time!). We are on site to take care of all this and ensure a minimum of comfort for you and us. In Charente we do wheeled sledding. You should know that it is easier for mushers to train on "land" (paths) than on "snow" (where tracks are scarce). Attention: canikart is open from early October to May only, summer is too hot for our little athletes. Dog walking discovery possible year-round. This is a plus, the studio is obviously rentable for those looking for a comfortable place to sleep. "Dog" activities are not included in the nightly price. Enjoy your stay with us. We are 4 km from Champagne-Mouton (Carrefour Contact, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, tea room, bank, post office, gendarmerie...). And 10 km from the picturesque town of Nanteuil-en-Vallée. Between Confolens and Ruffec, ideal for discovering our beautiful Charente.
