Our space will be an extension of your home and a unique experience in Foz do Iguaçu. The location is excellent as it is less than 1 km from a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gas station, among others. 3.5 km Shopping JL It is 10 minutes from downtown Foz. The space It has: - 1 en-suite (bedroom with queen-size bed + 1 bathroom containing liquid soap) - 1 en-suite (bedroom with queen-size bed + 1 bathroom containing liquid soap) - 1 toilet to serve the social and wet areas; - 2 Electric showers (hot/cold) - Air-Conditioning in both (2 bedrooms) and Living Room; - Complete and well-equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances: 1 sandwich maker, 1 blender, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave, 1 refrigerator, 1 new coffee maker. - High-quality Wi-Fi Internet; - Service area with washing machine and iron; - Private garage (1 parking spot); - Exterior security cameras. Sleeps up to 5 people; We make available to you: - 1 set of sheets, (300 thread count) 1 pillow per guest and 1 blanket per bed; - 1 Bath Towel per Guest; - 2 Face Towels per Bathroom (2); - 1 foot towel per bathroom (2); - 1 Hair Dryer; - 2 pool towels Note: If there is bedding or furniture with permanent stains or damage, a replacement fee will be charged. Note: there is no room service and no change of bed and bath linens. If you want to request it, we charge a (extra) fee. Our Cleaning Fee includes: TOTAL CLEANING OF THE SPACE AND CLEAN LAUNDRY Guest access Guests will have access to every room in the house. Other things to note We make it clear that the host of the house is not responsible for any accident that may occur with minors in the pool and other areas. The site contains information that establishes clear rules for the use of common areas, with the aim of preventing accidents and preserving the safety of all. Legal guardians: Parents, guardians, caregivers, formally appointed care entities are responsible for the care and protection of minor children in common areas. The Child and Adolescent Code (ECA) and Article 1634 of the Civil Code establish that parents are responsible for the custody of minor children in any environment or circumstance. Parents cannot transfer this obligation to the administration and others. We do not provide floats and the pool does not have (as shown in the photos) protective screens.
