The condominium has armed security at night, easy access and a complete structure for rest days with total privacy. House composition: - The house is spacious, airy and very well equipped, consisting of 3 bedrooms (2 of which are en-suites), a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a balcony with a private pool, a gourmet area, a garden and a private garage. It also has Wi-Fi and cable TV for the comfort of guests. Homes: - Suite 1 (upper floor): queen bed, single bed, air conditioning, minibar, closet, bathroom with electric shower and private balcony with panoramic sea view. - Suite 2 (ground floor): queen size bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, full bathroom and direct access to the pool. - Room 3: queen bed, single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables and access to the balcony. - There is also an additional, full internal bathroom with a sink, mirror and towel rack. Living room and kitchen - The living room is cozy, equipped with a sofa, dining table, chairs, a coffee table and TV with cable channels. - The American kitchen has a U-shaped marble countertop, cooktop stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, cutlery set, glasses and knives, as well as cabinets organized with all the necessary items for everyday life. Gourmet and leisure area: - The highlight of the house is its balcony with a private pool, ideal for moments of rest and socializing.
