This farm stay is situated beside 15 Mile Creek, in a private part of the Brookfield Maze site. The front deck frames stunning sunrises and sunsets, casting warm hues over the surrounding hills. Just steps away, a charming garden and a fun hedge maze, perfect for exploring, stargazing, or simply enjoying the quiet beauty of nature. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. Occasionally, hot air balloons may be launched from the same paddock as the tiny home. If a launch is scheduled during your stay, we’ll be sure to give you advance notice. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the gardens, maze, and the creek. Feel free to explore at your leisure! Pool: Please note that the pool is private and not for guest use. We kindly ask that you refrain from using it during your stay. Thank you for your understanding. Maze Access: We advise against entering the maze after dark due to the risk of becoming disoriented. If you'd like to explore the maze at dark, please notify hosts first. The maze is closed for maintenance every February. During this time, guests are still welcome to visit the gardens, but please be aware that there may be maintenance work ongoing. Other things to note - Mobile reception is limited to Telstra - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during fire season - No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - There is an onsite cafe that opens at 10 am on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays - The pool is private and not for guest use. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present. - To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost/ cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more.
