Guest access From the parking lot, you enter Palapa Sea View through your own entrance and private garden, allowing you to fully enjoy your own piece of the island in complete privacy – whether you come for relaxation, adventure or just to do nothing at all. The apartment is entirely at your disposal, with plenty of space to relax on different terraces or in the tropical garden. You can check in flexibly via a key locker, so you can always arrive at your own pace and immediately start enjoying your vacation. ☀️ Feel at home, far away from home – we look forward to welcoming you! Other things to note We value a clean and fresh accommodation. If you stay with us for 14 days or more, an interim cleaning will be scheduled for you. This cleaning/sheet change is mandatory and costs $60 each time. This fee can be paid upon arrival. The price per night includes water and electricity. This is for normal use for 2 people. With normal consumption, we assume 8 kWh per day for 2 people. That's more than enough to sleep comfortably at night with air conditioning. For extra people (up to max 2) we charge $5 USD per day extra. The included consumption of 3/4 people is 16 KwH of electricity per day. Any additional consumption will be settled afterwards when checking out. 1 kWh is $0.50 USD. When checking in and out of your stay, the meter readings will be shared with you.
