STAY The living room is equipped with a large and comfortable corner sofa. The decor makes the place stylish and functional. Comfort is the watchword. To ensure a good experience, there is a 50" Panasonic Smart TV (which includes Netflix, Prime Video, DAZN, YouTube, and many other apps). There is also a dining table that gets excellent light for enjoying meals to the fullest, and a window that offers a view of the park. KITCHEN Practical and bright. Inside we find a Nespresso Delonghi Coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster, the oven, the refrigerator, and the dishwasher completely available to guests. There are also complete sets of plates, glasses, cups, bottle opener, bowls, cooking pots and kitchenware. To complete everything you can also find a small fire extinguisher for every emergency. Adjacent to the kitchen you can take advantage of a small laundry room with a sink and a washing machine to meet every need. BATHROOM 1 The main bathroom is ready to make your stay even more comfortable thanks to the shower equipped with hydromassage jets, which can also be used as a comfortable bathtub for your moments of relaxation, if necessary. Inside the room we find toilet, bidet, sink, a large mirror, the welcome kit with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, a first aid kit and a hairdryer. DOUBLE BEDROOM The master bedroom consists of a double bed with a queen-size mattress, 2 bedside tables with lamps, and a large closet with multiple doors (some dedicated to the cleaning staff). Tidy and cleanliness are fundamental values for our staff, for this reason, the rooms are cleaned and sanitized at each stay with great care. This room also has a private bathroom. BATHROOM 2 The second bathroom in the house is accessible only through the master bedroom for greater privacy. Despite being smaller than the master bathroom, it can meet every need of guests thanks to a comfortable spacious shower, toilet, a sink with mirror, welcome kit with soap, shampoo, toilet paper. BEDROOM 2 This room is ideal for children because of the type of furniture, but it has 2 single beds that can easily accommodate 2 adults as well. In the room you can also find children's games. ROOM WITH DESK AND SOFA BED In this room, you will find a desk and a comfortable desk chair available if you need to work remotely or even just to read a good book. Also in this room you can find a comfortable sofa that transforms into a sofa bed for 2 people. Balconies From each room of the apartment you will have the opportunity to access the 2 large covered balconies overlooking the park. You can use these balconies to enjoy an aperitif with Franciacorta's wine specialties or even just for a moment of relaxation in the open air. THE PARK In front of the condominium, you will find a large park that is excellent for walks in the countryside and moments of relaxation. THE CONDOMINIUM The condominium is located in a strategic and easily accessible point in Cazzago San Martino, which makes it an excellent base for all the nearby services. To enter the building, you have to type a code that will open the main door, after which you can take the elevator or choose to take a small flight of stairs to get to the first floor. You can park your car in the large public parking lot outside the structure (in front of the park) where there is also the charging station for electric cars, or decide to take advantage of the covered parking reserved for guests located under the building. The Cazzago San Martino bus station is located in Via Carso, the same street as the apartment, and is 600 meters away (8 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car) - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED Guest access Thanks to Self Check-in, you can take advantage of flexible hours and move around in complete autonomy without time restrictions.
