The space On entry to this wonderfully presented split level home, wander past the adjoining spacious ground floor studio area, a spacious private space for your yoga practice, office which is also the laundry and a 1/2 bathroom. You can step outside from glass sliding doors to enjoy the magnificent views and back yard area. Continue upstairs to the 2 well setup bedrooms with the main bathroom/toilet easily accessible to both bedrooms.. Continue up the stairs to the open plan living/kitchen & dining space. From the glass sliding doors walk out to the sheltered spacious deck area that invites you to relax and take in the peaceful experience of living in a rural/coastal area. Take in rolling paddocks, native bushland and cast your eyes further afield to see the bay and ocean, a truly peaceful and pleasing aspect of this retreat. There is a BBQ grill on the balcony , the day bed sheltered by panel glass , table and chairs for outdoor relaxation . There is even a hammock for resting, reading or napping overlooking the backyard and rural/coastal views. Situated centrally to the surf beaches, and safe swimming front beaches on Cowes foreshore, find bike and walking pathways that lead to Cowes and other places like nature reserves, attractions and beaches nearby. The comfortable lounge area, seating and decor will accomodate the most discerning guests with the adjacent kitchen fully equipped for your needs. Guest access The property is provided as a secure private and exclusive stay for you and your guests only. No one enters the property other than your guests during your visit.. GPS systems will navigate you easily to the property, it is easy to get there from the main road into Cowes and once you've arrived you'll see how convenient the location is.
