This charming 2-bedroom rental with front and back porch is 1 mile walking from both downtown Saratoga Springs and Saratoga Race Course. It is also .3 mi walking to the Fresh Market, Gennaro's Pizza, Kru Coffee, EBI Package Store and other shops. A great home base for all that Saratoga offers; the home also offers a spacious front porch and private backyard perfect for lawn games in the summer. The space Our home was built in 1930 and retains some of that Saratoga charm along with updated amenities. The space is cozy but still spacious for up to 4 people. There are 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large, full renovated kitchen giving lots of extra space for groups. The space has a great front porch, a spacious back deck with seating, grill and TV and a large semi- private backyard. Guest access You will have access to our home with exception to the attic, the office, the baby room, the master closet and the attached garage. Other things to note We supply towels, bath soap, sheets, linens, pillows, paper towels and toilet paper! We also supply pots and pans and access to our spice cabinet. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable! Also of note: we do share our home with our two furry feline friends and there may be traces of their presence in the home that may aggravate allergies if you have them. Thank you.
