Welcome to Invermere on the Park. Our centrally located, 3-bedroom townhouse is a great home base to explore all that the Valley has to offer! Your morning coffee is sure to be memorable from the front deck as you take in the beautiful park and mountain views. Ideal for families, the house features a spacious living room, a King bedroom (w/ half bath ensuite), Queen bedroom, bunkroom, and Central Air Conditioning. Enjoy the Town of Invermere and all of the amenities within walking distance! The space Our space includes Wifi, Smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen (including spices and olive oil), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee-maker, BBQ, washer and dryer. Our home has a full bathroom on the top floor, and a half bathroom on the main floor, as well as a half bathroom ensuite attached to the master bedroom. Information for Families We know what it is like to travel with little ones , so we have intentionally made family-friendly items available including a playpen, a selection of books, toys, boardgames, and beach necessities (chairs/blankets/towels/toys) for use during your stay. Guest Access Guests will have access to two designated parking spots directly in front of the home. Access to the unit is through a smart lock and a unique guest code will be provided prior to arrival and good for the duration of the stay. Note that there are two sets of stairs. House Rules - No smoking (including on the patio) - No pets - No parties or events Additional Rules - Quiet time after 10pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Minimum 2 nights stay. - Long weekends require min. 3 night stay. (eg: Fri, Sat, Sun) Other things to note The attached garage can be used to store sporting equipment or bicycles. A shuttle to Panorama departs from Sobeys or in front of Inside Edge (check Panorama shuttle schedule online for details). both of these pick up locations are only a few hundred meters away.
