Guests should note that the building does not have an elevator, so you'll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment and there is no designated parking available. There is also a nightclub located below the building, open Thursday to Saturday, which may lead to noise during those nights. Inside, the apartment offers a cozy living area with high ceilings and a spacious sofa, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views of Miramar through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker, providing everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals.
