This fully furnished STUDIO/BACHELOR SUITE condo is located in Deer Lodge in the heart of Whistler Village and just a short stroll from the gondolas of Whistler Village, Blackcomb, Excalibur and Fitzsimmons Express Gondolas and Celebration Plaza. This bright unit is on the quiet side of the bustling village of Whistler- from the balcony, enjoy the lovely view of Rainbow mountain, & the comforts of home while being right in the centre of exciting Whistler with restaurants and entertainment. The space This Bachelor (studio) unit is perfect for 2, BUT can accommodate 3-4 people as the suite includes 2 queen-size Murphy-beds (wall unit). There is cost of $10/pp for each additional person after the first 2 people (for additional bedding, supplies and cleaning). On cold winter nights, you will enjoy the cozy gas fireplace. Please note: the fireplace is cosmetic and is not intended for heating the room. There is central heating! There is a small workspace for those wanting to work remotely. Wifi is available and will be provided at check in This suite also has a full kitchen with full-size appliances: stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and is equipped with dishes/cutlery/pots/pans. Dishwashing soap provided. The full-size bathroom includes a hair-dryer as well as amenities such as soap and shampoo. There is also an in-suite washing machine and dryer. You will need to bring your own washing machine soap as this is not provided. Onsite guest services,. Access to Eagle Lodge's Hot Tub and gym- CURRENTLY CLOSED. Eagle Lodge is across the street ( not at Deer Lodge) Bike storage and ski-locker available. For secure bike storage see: Garbonzo Bike and Bean at the base of the Whistler Gondola: 'Bike Storage. Whistler Blackcomb offers secured bike storage through the Garbanzo Downhill Rental Store at the base of the Whistler Mountain Bike Park. Check-in your bike and pay at the store for day or overnight storage, your bike will be safe with us.' Parking is available for a fee of $20 plus GST per night and can be obtained at guest services at your check-in. ****Please note that the parking space is a "regular" size ***** and that the parkade has a clearance of 8'0". If your vehicle is unable to get into the parkade, we are unable to provide alternative parking or compensation for alternative parking arrangements. Guest access This suite is in Deer Lodge, which features an on-site, hotel-like check-in through Whistler Reception Services. Upon arrival, Reception Services will provide you with: access to the suite, your parking pass (payment required) as well as directions on where to park, and WIFI information, You will also be assigned a ski-locker (just off the lobby area). Reception services will provide you with information on where the gym, hot tub and secure bike storage area may be found. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOT TUB AND GYM WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER OF 2025 FOR UPGRADES Fitness Room and Hot Tub will be closed for summer 2025. Fitness Room – Closed from April 7th until completion. Hot Tub/Changing Rooms: Closed from April 22nd until completion. Guest services take a $500 cdn damage deposit (credit card hold), which will be cleared once the cleaners have confirmed that the suite and condo building, have not been damaged. Clearance can take up to a week and once cleared YOUR bank will process the refund - I f you have questions, please call them. I will let you know if WRS has held anything 1-2 days after your stay, so if you haven't heard form me, the damage deposit will not be held. Other things to note Please note: - ID and credit card are required at check-in. - Minimum age 21 - No smoking of any kind - No pets - The cleaning fee includes the cost of cleaning and laundry. Please make sure you load and start the dishwasher before you leave. Please bring garbage and recyclables to the garbage disposal area at the end of your stay. - Excess clutter can be charged to the guest through Airbnb complaint resolution or by check-in deposit - Please respect the noise regulations of Whistler Village: hours of rest are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. For noise complaints, I can receive fees from the municipality and/or the building management.
