This 2 story studio located in a quiet San Anselmo cul de sac is a spacious and private 2 story, 2 bathroom guesthouse with it's own entrance and driveway parking space. Easy walking distance to Sorich Park open space hiking trails, San Anselmo & Fairfax. Guests have access to the garden and outdoor seating area. The space The 2nd floor bedroom has a queen bed, sitting area, work desk and private bathroom. In the summer there is an AC unit upstairs. The room below has a kitchenette, living room area, dining table and a bathroom. The downstairs couch is also a sofa bed. There is a smart TV to log in to your online entertainment accounts. The studio has it's own entrance but does share an interior wall with the owner's home. Depending on the season you may also enjoy fresh flowers and fruit from the garden. Guest access The backyard is shared with the owner but it has plenty of room and feels very private. Other things to note Linens are washed in fragrance-free detergent. A mid-stay cleaning service is offered free of charge for stays longer than 2 weeks. The kitchenette is minimal and not ideal for cooking complex meals. There is a single burner induction hot plate provided as well as a toaster, Breville combo microwave/convection oven, Nespresso maker, drip coffee maker, kettle and a well stocked kitchen cabinet.
