Villa on the clouds and the sea

Our renovated villa is a refined haven overlooking the sea and Monaco. The view is panoramic from every room. The citrus garden and terraces allow you to appreciate this idyllic setting. The elevator in the Les Salines parking garage makes it easy to get to Monaco or the beaches on foot (we recommend the Douaniers trail!). The beautiful beach of La Mala is a 35min walk away. Ideal location between Nice and Menton. The space The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 spacious living rooms. One of the two living rooms can become a bedroom depending on the utility. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (including a summer bathroom). Each room comes with a queen size double bed. The 2 independent lounges offer 6 extra beds (3 sofa beds). Guest access From Nice airport, you can come by train (Nice St Augustin -> Monaco) then bus 2 (-> Jardin Exotique stop). By car, park around the Monaco Tennis Club (some spaces are free, otherwise it's €1.50 during the day and free at night). From the Jardin Exotique, you can take the bus anywhere in Monaco. Bus 602 is 4 minutes from the house and goes to Èze (worth visiting!), Beaulieu, Villefranche, and Nice. The villa is located at the end of a small path, guaranteeing tranquility and privacy. Allow about 3 minutes to walk uphill from the parking spaces on the street. Please note that the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
