The space The condo features a sun-filled living space designed for both comfort and style, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and a charming eat-in dining area. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are included. Retreat to the serene bedroom with a plush king-size bed, enjoy the ease of 1.5 beautifully appointed bathrooms, and stay perfectly comfortable with crisp air conditioning, Starlink Wi-Fi, and SMART TVs (50” in the living area and 35” in the bedroom) for effortless entertainment. We’ve thoughtfully stocked everything you need for the beach, including: -Beach chairs & beach towels -Floats & snorkeling gear -Beach umbrella & cooler w/ice packs -Sunblock & bug spray -Beats speaker We’ve got you covered—just arrive and enjoy. Please note: for stays longer than 12 nights we charge an additional cleaning fee of $145. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo with a shared balcony area. We are located on the 2nd floor. The unit is equipped with cleaning supplies in case you'd like to tidy up on your own during your stay. Daily housekeeping is not offered with the unit, but if this is something you'd like, we can possibly provide this service for an additional charge. Getting Here: Great Exuma International Airport (Airport Code : GGT)is easily accessible on direct flights from Nassau, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale, and Toronto, Canada ****Our condo does not have access to Hideaways amenities such as the pool, workout room, their beach chairs, shuttle, and/or kayaks. You are free to walk on the property to swim at the beach or check out the restaurant Splash. Other things to note No Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the condo. This includes cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Important Information About the Island & Accommodations Great Exuma is part of a developing nation located on a somewhat remote island—this is part of its unique beauty and charm. While we are proud to offer the best accommodations possible, please understand that occasional malfunctions or service interruptions may occur. Although we will always do our best to address any issues promptly, we do not offer a “first-world city” experience. Guests should be aware that temporary inconveniences may arise that are beyond our control, such as low water pressure, limited hot water, power outages, or interruptions to Wi-Fi or cable TV. ***We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to your trip. Nightly rates are non-refundable, including for flight disruptions and/or medical situations, which is why travel insurance is highly advised.
