Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including: • Both bedrooms. • The living room with a queen sofa bed and TV. • The dining room and fully equipped kitchen. • The outdoor area with sectional furniture and hammocks. • Ample parking spaces within the fenced property. For security reasons, the outdoor cameras will remain active during your stay, but they do not monitor interior spaces, ensuring your privacy. Other things to note Domino Table: There is a domino table available for your use. Please do not leave it outside, as the heavy dew can damage it. • Hammocks: We have two hammocks. If you choose to leave them outside, please ensure they are securely tied up. Otherwise, the cats might use them as their resting spot. •Patio seats covers: If removed, please store them inside the table. •Jacuzzi: Keep the lid on, cover on, set the temperatures and let it heat up for a couple of hours. Maintenance Availability Notice: Please note that our handyman services are upon availability from Monday through Saturday morning only. Any issues that arise after Saturday afternoon or on Sundays will not be assessed until Monday. While we do our best to ensure everything is in perfect condition prior to your stay, unexpected issues may occasionally arise. We kindly ask guests to take this into consideration before booking to avoid any inconveniences.
