This spacious three-story home offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay on beautiful Westlake. 🏡 As per STA bylaw 144-2023- our home can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children under the age of 10. 🏡 Main Floor: Step into an open-concept living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room and powder room. Large sliding doors lead out to the upper deck with a BBQ, outdoor dining area, and panoramic lake views. Stairs take you down to the yard and lower deck. 🛏️ 🚽 Main Floor: A king bedroom next to the powder room. 🛏️ 🚽 Upper Level: Enjoy loft-style living with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a full four-piece bathroom. 🛏️ 🚽 Lower Level: A large walkout suite awaits—complete with a king bed, queen pullout sofa, four-piece bathroom, fireplace, Smart TV, and games area. There should be no noise outdoors between 11:00 p.m and 7:00 a.m. Lake Life: 🤿 Swim in the warm waters of Westlake. Jump off the dock, or use the stairs for a gentle entry (we recommend water shoes). 🛶 Paddle out during the calm mornings or evenings and soak in the serenity. 🚤 Book a pontoon boat rental at “Westlake Willys” and take off to explore your own private dunes, located minutes from the shore. 🏄‍♂️ Book a wakeboard or surf lesson at “Westlake Wakeboard School” located minutes from the shore. 🏞️ Use your complimentary Sandbanks park day passes to gain entry into the park. Make sure you book one week in advance. Guest access You have access to our entire home and property.
