This newly constructed 4 bedroom home is situated perfectly between Boone and West Jefferson, NC, and is in close proximity to the infamous New River! This home offers 4 private bedrooms spread out amongst the three levels. The main level offers a spacious layout with plenty of room to entertain the family between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The expansive deck located just off the living room offers stunning views of the rolling mountains off in the distance. The lower level of the home features an additional living area, complete with an air hockey table and a 65" flat screen TV! The neighborhood offers its own private access to the New River! Head down the hill and float away with river tubes, kayaks or canoes, or bike along the popular Railroad Grade Road. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - This road leading to this home is gravel and moderately steep. Please come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle during winter months or times of inclement weather. - All linens and towels included in home. - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
