We live in the other half of this home. This apartment is a completely new renovation. Inspected by Tourism department of PEI license 2101194 Beach access and Walking Trail available within minutes. Located 10 minutes from confederation bridge and 10 minutes from Victoria by the sea. Conveniently and centrally located on the beautiful South shore. 30 minutes to Summerside, Cavendish, and Charlottetown. This property features an open concept kitchen and living room with 9 foot ceilings, Air conditioning and lots of space. A few children’s games, cards and books for your entertainment. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The bathroom is on the first floor equipped with a deep soaker tub with shower. Both bedrooms are on the second level with queen size beds. We are also featuring local products. Locally roasted coffee and locally made goats milk soap provided. To help promote and support island business we had custom made furniture to help give a cozy feel. Outside you will find a private deck with a bbq, furniture, a view of the water and a fire pit with free wood. Our goal is to provide you with a local South Shore experience. In the apartment you will find many brochures of restaurants and cafes all located within a short distance for your dining needs.
