Located in Waldoboro is a small town in the heart of Maine with all the cities on your bucket list nearby - Rockland, Camden, Damariscotta, Pemaquid, and Boothbay Harbor. Other things to note The sink and shower water is sourced from Kalers Pond and should not be used for drinking or cooking. We do not have WiFi, but we have never heard any issues for people getting great cell reception and using their connection as a hotspot if needed.
