The two level floor-plan comfortably accommodates 2 families with their children (or 3 couples) & includes some less private (but totally sweet!) spots for a few extra friends. The space Queen bedroom with attached full bath on ground level. Living room w/ propane fireplace, kitchen, 1/2 bath, sleeping nook, screened in porch are on the same floor. Downstairs in the daylight basement there is a room with a full bed with a single bunk above and a single trundle underneath. The third bedroom is also downstairs and it has a king sized bed and a sitting area. There is a 3/4 bath and a living room with a large TV and a wood stove. There are views of lake from nearly every room. The dock is a short walk down the hill through our forest. Several paddle powered boats are available for guests to use. The fishing is great. Guest access This private lake side cottage sits in a very quiet cove across from a summer camp. The waterfront acreage between us and the camp on the peninsula is wild and undeveloped. The private dock floats on about 4.5 feet of water. There are three other houses in our subdivision, each occupied by year round owners who are accustomed to their quiet solitude. Therefore, dogs and events are NOT allowed.
