Lavender Cottage - Close enough to walk into town

If your reasonably fit, It is close enough to walk into town *** Stay in an 1870's Miner's Cottage, that is ideally located within walking distance to the Ballarat Train Station, cafes and restaurants, in a lovely and quiet, tree lined street. The house has a fenced off backyard, so your furry friends are welcome! There is a large timber deck that has views of Ballarat. There is also now a lovely clawfoot outdoor pink bath! The space There are 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 people - 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds and desk, set up as a work from home space. There is a bath with a shower overhead and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Features of the home include an updated kitchen and meals area, separate central lounge room with gas heating, air-conditioning and gorgeous period details throughout. Guest access You have access to the whole property except the shed out back that will be locked. Parking is available in the driveway on the left side of the house. This can easily fit 2 cars. A keylock will be on the front deck and a code will be sent via Airbnb email just before check-in time. Other things to note The shower in located over the bath, so not suitable if you need easy access. There is also a step leading into the bathroom. The laundry is accessed from outside the kitchen door. There are no fly screens on the front windows, however there are 2 portable ones that you can sit under an open.
