To get there, you have to climb some stairs — the flat is on the fourth floor, and there is no lift. Guest access Nancy lives nearby and is the person who arranges the handover of keys upon arrival. You can enter and exit freely after that. During your stay My mum Nancy and I manage these flats together – she is in the area and will be the one to welcome you and support you during your stay. I manage the platform and will respond to you on behalf of Airbnb if your language is not Spanish.
