Escape to a restful getaway from the big city on 20 acres of beautiful property and a perfectly spacious home. Just down the road past the highway 75 overpass lies downtown Van Alstyne. A quaint town with stellar boutiques, amazing eats, and a lovely park for the kiddos. Far enough away that you can feel the peace of country scenery, but still only 10 minutes from a Walmart and shopping. Enjoy a slow-down weekend here at 4 Sisters Hideaway! The space We want to make sure you're well-prepared upon arrival to experience the best stay possible! Since this is a relatively “untamed” property, it's worth mentioning that you may come across bugs and wildlife during your stay. We of course encourage exploring the property, but please use your best judgment when encountering nature up close. Bring proper footwear and clothing, keep a close eye on children, and have fun! We also want to note there is a creek that runs through the property with steep banks. Please use caution while exploring, especially with young children. Pets are prohibited at this house and on the property. A fine of $100 per animal will apply for any violations. Parties are prohibited. Any events must be pre-approved. Indoor Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $500 penalty fee for violations. Towels are for drying only; linens are for their intended purpose, and any stains or damage incur a $10 treatment fee per piece, plus potential replacement fees for irreparable damage. Professional photography is permitted for weddings, bridal photo shoots, family photos etc. Please acquire pre-approval ahead of time. Please also take note, another family does live on this property next door. Please be respectful to quiet hours of 11pm-7am. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and main house. Please leave residents in the double wide next door alone and avoid the storage shed on site. Property boundary details will be provided on site. Please stay ON the property, as surrounding properties are private. Please be respectful to our quiet hours of 11pm-7am. Other things to note There is lots of space for parking — part of the side lawn can be used for parking, as well as a two car paved driveway. Please do not park in garage unless otherwise approved.
