We will rent out a newly built house in 2025, the owner's home. Limited to one group per day. The first floor is the owner's warehouse, but no one but the guest will enter the building during the guest's stay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. You can spend a relaxing time in a private space for 2 adults. The nearest station, Kita Kamakura Station, is conveniently accessible by train from Yokohama in as little as 20 minutes and is 1 stop to the ancient city of Kamakura. It is a 7-minute walk from the station on a flat road. Free private parking is available. Parking is available before check-in and after check-out. 10-minute walk to Engakuji Temple in Kamakura Gozan, 20-minute walk to Kenchoji Temple. You can also go hiking from the back mountain to the Kamakura Alps. There is a kitchen, washing machine (no drying function) and theater room, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay even for long-term stays. You can also use the workroom for stays of 3 nights or more. Conveniently located for sightseeing, workation, or living, you can enjoy the seasons, history, and cuisine of Kita Kamakura. Please refrain from bringing children under 10 years old.
