Our private 30㎡ apartment was created around one simple concept: GOOD SLEEP. The space Located about 15 minutes by taxi from Haneda Airport, the apartment offers access to two train stations: JR Omori Station and Keikyu Heiwajima Station. From here, you can easily reach Shinagawa, central Tokyo, Yokohama, and many other destinations. Omori is not a busy tourist district like Shibuya or Shinjuku. Instead, it is a peaceful residential neighborhood where you can experience everyday life in Tokyo. Around Omori Station, you’ll find atre shopping mall, supermarkets, drugstores, cafés, restaurants, izakayas, and almost everything you might need during your stay. On the way from the station to the apartment, you can also walk through a lively local shopping street with more than 200 shops. There are also a supermarket and convenience store just steps from the apartment, making the location convenient for both short visits and longer stays. Around Omori Station, you’ll find almost everything you might need during your trip, from shopping and dining to everyday essentials. 【Guest Access】 The entire apartment is exclusively yours during your stay. Once you have checked in, you may come and go 24 hours a day. As the apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum during the late evening and early morning. 【Please Note Before Booking】 ・Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or around the building. ・Parties and loud music are not permitted. ・Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment. ・Pets are not permitted. ・There is no housekeeping service during your stay. ・If you run out of essential supplies or need assistance with garbage collection, please contact us. ・If you would like to watch Netflix or other streaming services on the TV, please log in using your own account and remember to log out before check-out. ・Early check-in and late check-out are generally not available. However, depending on our booking schedule, we may occasionally be able to accommodate your request, so please feel free to ask. In accordance with Japanese law, all guests are required to provide their guest information before check-in. Guests who do not have a residential address in Japan are also required to provide a copy of their passport. Please refrain from smoking on the balcony or at the entrance to the property. 2. Parties and loud music are prohibited. 3. No one other than those who have made a reservation is allowed in the room. If detected or discovered, an additional fee will be charged. 4. Pets are not allowed inside the room. 5. If you would like to watch video streaming services such as Netflix on the TV, please log in with your own account. Please log out before checking out. 6. Before starting your stay, you will need to provide your name, address, occupation, sex, date of birth, age, nationality, previous place of stay*, destination place*, and passport number*.
