Non-residents of Japan must also upload a passport photo (not required for residents of Japan). ■ Self Check-in There are no staff on-site. We use a self check-in system. Your entry passcode will be provided on the day of check-in. ■ Cleaning & Towels We do not provide cleaning or towel changes during your stay. Please use the in-room washing machine for towels and linens. ■ No Smoking The entire property (indoors and outdoors) is strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. If evidence of smoking is found, a 30,000 yen cleaning fee will be charged. ■ Luggage Storage We cannot store luggage before check-in or after check-out. Depending on availability, early check-in or late check-out may be possible. Please consult with us. ■ Monthly Stays Enjoy a special discount for stays of 1 month or more. Japanese law requires a residential lease agreement for stays over 1 month.
