The space The tastefully furnished house has air conditioning, a large living room kitchen with a double sofa bed complete with all accessories (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 32-inch Samsung TV capsule coffee machine). From the living room, through a sliding door that guarantees two separate rooms, through a small hallway with a two-door wardrobe, you can access the large double bedroom, furnished with a bridge wardrobe and an additional bunk bed, and the large bright bathroom, carefully finished and equipped with a shower box. Both the double bedroom and the kitchen-living room have separate access to the equipped terrace, an ideal place for wonderful dinners. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor, with access via a staircase reserved for the apartment. Other things to note - Pets are not allowed. - Household linen is not provided, but it is possible to book it on site on the Ilvaelba website. - There is a damage deposit of €150.00 (one hundred and fifty/00 euros) that must be paid on site upon delivery of the apartment and that will be returned at the end of the stay, unless there is damage. - In the case of a reservation made by young people, the minimum age is 18 years.
