IDs must be shown in person at check-in. Security will not accept unclear, partial, or cropped photos. Guest Limit & Access Only pre-approved guests may access the building. Max occupancy: 6 guests per unit. Any unregistered guests may result in cancellation. Smoking Policy Strict no-smoking policy applies to both the condo unit and all shared areas, including the rooftop. Violations will incur a $500 fine. Mail & Deliveries Please do not have mail or packages sent to the unit unless pre-approved by the host. Check-Out Policy Check-out time is strictly 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior consent will incur a $150 fee. Amenities Guests are welcome to use the building amenities. Pool & gym hours: 7 AM–10 PM (or midnight depending on building rules).
