With up to 4 people and in addition a child (children's travel cot available), you can not only stay here, but relax here after a tense day in the organic steam sauna or enjoy a full bathroom with the available bath accessories. On the terrace you look over house rooftops into nature. Beautiful sunsets await you here. The workspace with screen and keypad and docking station makes it possible to work from home from your apartment. The apartment is perfect for long-term stays, equipped with enough storage space, washer and dryer. Families are also welcome, the child gets a high chair and their own children's travel cot. In the bedroom: Here you can expect a very comfortable queen size box spring bed (180 x 200 meters), as well as ample storage space and a suitcase rack, also suitable for longer stays. With mosquito screens, you can spend a quiet night with the window open. The blackout curtains and shutters completely darken the room. In the living room: (at the same time 2nd bedroom) The large luxury sofa can be transformed into a real comfort bed with a handle, as a mattress with slatted base is installed in this very high quality sofa and allows for the same sleep quality as in our box spring bed. Make yourself really cozy in the 160 x 200 meter bed. The TV is 55 inches and offers all common programs via WAIPU TV, even Netflix is unlocked and you can watch Amazon TV through your own account. The kitchen: Are you in the mood for a deliciously prepared meal in your own kitchen? With the existing utensils of the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook dishes for a total of 4 people plus child and enjoy them comfortably together at the table. The dishes can then be washed in the dishwasher. Coffee connoisseurs get their money's worth with the Nespresso machine, who prefer to drink the coffee from the coffee pad machine - this is also available. For families: For the little ones we provide a high chair (see pictures) and a children's travel cot. A changing mat is installed on this bed. Please let us know in good time before arrival so we can provide these items to you. For the children's travel cot and high chair, we charge a fee of €10/night each. Bathroom and sauna: Coming from the excursion or work home is a heavenly relaxing sauna session with essential oils or a bubble bath with various bath accessories. You will also have a hair dryer and an illuminated cosmetic mirror and a laundry basket at your disposal. Washing machine & dryer If you want to wash and dry laundry during your stay, these two appliances are available in the laundry room for a fee of €4 per wash and €4 per dry. Guest access With the booking, you will receive all the necessary information for easy and contactless access to the apartment. You can park right in front of the house in a private parking lot or on the street. The road leads through a residential area into a residential and commercial area into a cul-de-sac. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential and commercial building. Here you have to walk up the stairs 2 floors and then stand on the right hand side right outside the door. Other things to note The apartment is very quiet and separated from the street by a river and a residential street. Twice a day, the neighboring horticulturist drives up with his truck to park or load. This causes short periods of increased volume.
