It is easily reached by taking the famous panoramic lakeside road (SP72), even on foot along a flat route. It is the ideal base for reaching the splendid Varenna in just 5 minutes by car. The villa is situated just a few meters from the water’s edge on the magnificent Lake Como. It spans several floors: First Floor: A large terrace with a lake view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the lake and marvelous sunsets while having an aperitif. There is no elevator available, so the villa is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
