The home is off of the famed Magnolia Road (i.e., "Mags"), which is known as being one of the steepest plowed/maintained roads in the region with sharp turns. The property is about a quarter-mile down a packed gravel road and has a somewhat steep, dirt driveway. To avoid any challenges getting here or on the property in winter months, we require guests to have 4x4. During the winter, snow tires are important and vehicles over 30' are prohibited year round. 2. To access the home, you will need to descend a long set of stone steps. Accordingly, please ensure all members of your party are capable of doing so. 3. The roads to the house only get plowed when it snows 6 inches or more.
