Easy flow, open, light filled ranch with huge yard, offstreet parking, and as conveniently located as it gets in the middle of the charming burrough of Ambler. 2-3 block stroll to train station (SEPTA), farmers market, the historic theater, Weavers Way food coop, the library, post office, Butler Pike retail, et al. Ideal family base camp for exploring Philly and regional attractions (e.g. Valley Forge). The train trip downtown to Temple Univ is 30min and to 30th St station is 45min. The space Front door opens into living room, which connects to open dining room, kitchen, and laundry/foyer. To the left is hallway for the 3 bedrooms and common bath. The bedroom on the backyard side also has an ensuite bathroom. The smallest bedroom is a kid's and has a bed in the flavor of the magic carriage in Cinderalla. The middle bedroom has a thick mattress and memory foam topper. The largest bedroom with the ensuite bathroom has a firm futon style mattress. Guest access Guests are welcome in the whole of the main level and patio and yard. Does not include access to the basement or garage. Other things to note -Its our real household that we're sharing, so expect clothes in bedrooms, foodstuffs in cabinet, etc. We split time between cities, but parts of the year are spent here. -Work desk is in middle bedroom -Single zone thermostat controls central air system for heating and cooling -House is on a 1-way street, which is great, but definitely pay attention to google map ***PLEASE GATHER ALL YOUR BELONGINGS upon departure. Mailing items left behind has proven quite cumbersome and we generally cannot do it. If its something really irreplaceable/critical, we can ask our cleaner to do it for a flat $50 fee.
